How do I reseat the RAM if my Asus X200M mini laptop?

My laptop screen won't start, or show anything.
The battery light comes on, The bulb(i don't know what that's for) and one that looks like hot-spot or something..... The cap lock won't come on though.
Someone suggested repeating my ram but I don't know how to.

In that particular laptop, it appears the RAM is soldered directly to the motherboard.
Not something you can 'reseat'.
