It’s going to be old considering they stopped making laptops 5 years ago and stopped making consumer models nearly 10 years ago. It won’t get W11 so will be EOL late this yearTelling us the brand isn't helpful. There should be a label, possibly on the bottom, with the info.

Given the age and the cost of upgrading memory and the SSD, I would not recommend spending money on this old system. Rather, I would pit that money against a new, modern, much more effective and efficient model.

There is not a 32-bit version of Win 11, only 64-bit, by the way, in case you are running 32-bit now.
The CPU is not Windows 11 compatible. It lacks the security features necessary. There are workarounds to bypass these requirements, but performance is going to be dismal.
