Solved! How do I screen cast on my sieki 4k smart tv?

I select screen cast on my remote and it brings me to the screen cast screen. Then I bring up all cast on my phone and search for my TV and I can't find it

Both the TV and phone have to support the same screen mirroring software. Screen cast and all cast may not be compatible.
Surest method is to use a Chromecast stick.
