Solved! How do I stream 2 webcams at the same time on one laptop?

I want to be able to stream from 2 webcams from different angles at the same time using only one program from my laptop. Which program is the best to use, whether it's free to use or not? I have a Windows 10 laptop that is 2 years old with an i3 processor with a 500GB SSD. I have a Windows 7 laptop that is 10 years old with an i5 processor with a 500GB HHD. Which computer would be better to use?

We need actual specs. I5 and I3 means little without knowing what I5 or I3 it is.
Anyways OBS allows for multiple webcams to work.
