Cricket phone will not turn on

Is it charged? Try removing and re-seating the battery. If you know it's charged, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, release, hold it in again for about 10 seconds, release, see if it turns on. If not, you need you replace it or bring it to a store to have it checked.
