How do I unlock gtx 560ti twin frozr voltage in MSI Afterburner?

I went into MSI Afterburner and I checked the box that says "unlock voltage". I also restarted MSI afterburner but the voltage is still locked and I cant up the voltage! I increased the core clock and its unstable and in need of voltage increase! I know that changing the voltage is possible because it was done in this video...

I got the same problem with my Gigabyte GTX 560 and my MSI GTX 570...
I even try this :

it is not the first time i change de voltage on a Graphique card... I did it on a GTX 460...

YOu need the new version of Afterburner (2.10)
