how do I unlock the numbers lock on my external keyboard attached to lap top

The numbers lock caps lock and scroll lock are lit up on my external keyboard attached to my laptop how do I unlock them

I think you misunderstood what the keys do they not actual lock's they don't need "unlocking"

But to enable or disable them just press the buttons
