How do I use this XLR mic?

I don't really know what an audio interface, audio mixer, or anything like that is. I want to use this XLR mic but I don't really need a $50 mixer I just want something that lets me put the XLR into my computer, but I go through something with phantom power. I also don't have a sound card if that matters.

If you want to use a mic that requires phantom power as an input to your PC then your wishlist seems to do the job.
