How do u fix a tv that keeps changing colours

I turn my tv on and then the screen keeps changing colours on the side of the tv I try to press the menu button my nothing is working and the screen just keeps changing colours please someone help meeee

Either get it professionally repaired (may not be worth it) or time for a new TV. Unless you can repair these things yourself
