How do we fix the color disturtion in a new smart TV?

We purchased a new Smart TV "Samsung" and when arrived colors was bad, we can not see anything on screen. what can we do?

Do you have the User Guide/Manual?

You may be able to go into the menu's and adjust the colors.

If that fails to work you can could go to Samsung's website for more assistance. That will probably not be too successful unless they can walk you through the menus and fix the colors.

However, you may probably be better off just returning the TV to the store and get an exchange. Should not have bad colors straight out of the box - just a little tweaking should be all that is necessary.

No new TV should look that bad. Did you buy 2nd hand? refurb? open box? corner store?
