You shouldn't really get any help on password issues in a responsible forum like Tom's in case you're trying to hack someone else's system.

Here though, I'll save you some time even if you are, by telling you Toshiba's are notorious for this occurrence and you may never have known there was a password in there. You have to send or take the machine to one of their repair centres where, on sight of your proof of ownership, they will probably charge you more than the machine is worth to allow you access to it.[/#000ff]
