How do you change the guests name on a acer laptop?

Hello,
I had made a guest user for my kids and now but I accidentally put one of my kids names instead of both and now i cannot change the name even though i put change name and put it as kids' please help

Log in as an Administrator and access the Control Panel. Access User Accounts and choose that profile. You will be able to edit it from there.
