How do you guys rate it?

Hey,
So i was planning to get a new budget laptop for my college and for gaming ( not hardcore ).
I found some laptops which fit in my budget, having common specs as following.

Processor: Intel i5- 4200U 1.8 GHz ( turbo boost upto 2.4 GHz i THINK)
RAM: 6 GB Dual Channel DDR3
GPU: nVidia GTX 750m 2GB
Display: 15.6 Inch Display with 1368 X 768 resolution
HDD: 750 GB SATA

I know its not the best but i cant really afford more than 750$. The only thing which concerns me is the processor, is it sufficient for carrying out everyday's tasks smoothly? and for games like Batman Arkham Series, CnC series etc?

I`m also worried about the CPU with this laptop.

The GPU is no beast, but if that`s all you can afford, it will have to make do.

that laptop will do more than well enough at 720p, expect medium to high res's at 720p for most games.

The Core i5-4200u is fine for games; 1.6GHz / 2.6GHz.

The GT 750m is a pretty good GPU for a laptop especially when playing games at 1366x768.
