I recently converted to Google Play uploading from itunes library. How do I get my updated Google library in sync with my old iPods?

I guess I was not clear. I don't want to use itunes or its libraries. I am sick of marshaling them through itunes. I want to deal directly with the iPod. Maybe its time to get rid of my rotten apples and get a non-proprietary device.
