How do you take a screenshot on a Toshiba laptop?!?

Help, I got a Toshiba laptop and I tried to take a screenshot by pressing the Prtsc (or end) button but it don't work. Then I tried to press Fn and Prtsc (or end) it still didn't work. Help, please
