How do you unlock a Samsung galaxy S 9 plus US cellular for AT&T

I have a Samsung galaxy S 9 plus for US cellular and I want to find out how do I unlock it for AT&T

Only the carrier/service provider can unlock a phone. So you have to contact them.

Also, your US Cellular phone will not work with AT&T. US Cellular uses a CDMA network, while AT&T uses a GSM network. They are not interchangeable. So a phone that is one can not be made to be the other.
