i lost my phone in tge street of san mateo, now can i find my phone or find the person who pick my phone

Contact your Service Provider and ask them if they can tell you where the phone were it was when it was last switched on.

You also need to close the Contract to save yourself having to pay for any calls or mobile data the finder or thief is using.
