How long can i use GTX 1060 6GB laptop

Hey guys i wanted to ask question.
I'm going to university this year and i wanted to buy a new gaming laptop and i'm confused about how long can i use this laptop.Actually can i use this for 4 or 5 years ?

Just a quick question. What laptop is this? Since that will also factor in how long this one will be good enough for gaming since quite a few laptops tend to downclock their cpu and gpu due to to much heat.

Also is this laptop meant to be portable or just sit at a desk all day and not move? Since big 17 inch laptops (even if they are thin) are barely portable.

From just the looks of it that laptop looks well undercooled and probably will severly clock itself down.
