No OC, no panel upgrade.
How long will it take til the laptop will be at my house?

You should ask them directly. Even if someone bought the exact same model the shipping may have been different. The company can give you an exact answer.

Any upgrades from them will require the system to be shipped from Sager to them first, then once they do the upgrade(s) they will need to test the components. You're looking at roughly 10 days with this process before they ship to you, but to get the most accurate ballpark, you'll need to contact them as anort3 mentioned.
