How much does it cost to fix the backlight for tv screen?

My LG TV's screen blacking out is a common complaint. How much would it cost for me to get it fixed?

Depends on the specifics of the TV and your location. Are you still within warranty? If so, reach out to the manufacturer.

If not, generally speaking, it's more economical to buy a new TV that it is to repair one (unless you can find the components cheap and are prepared to do the work yourself...... even then, it's close).

In most cases its cheaper to just buy a new TV. Even repaired its only time till another part breaks. Best just get a new one in every case I've seen.
