How much is my laptop worth?

Hello! I am going to try to sell my laptop and build a gaming desktop instead seeing as my laptop just sits in one spot on my desk and never moves anyway. I'm going to try to sell it locally using CraigsList. I was wondering what everyone here though I might be able to get for it. I know computers don't typically hold their value, but it was a $1,800 laptop when I bought it about a year and a half to two years ago (I got it for $1,500 using a discount I get through work). Here are the specs:

Intel i7-3610QM Quad Core 2.3Ghz
8Gb DDR3 1600
Windows 8.1 64bit
Dual 750GB 5400RPM hard drives (1.5TB total)

Nothing? Tom's Hardware typically gets answers way faster than this. Sorry, I know you must get hundreds of threads like these a day, but this is my first time selling a computer locally. It's in excellent condition and I really want to put some good stuff in the desktop I'll be building. What do you all think?
