How much is to fix screen on tv it moved to the right

Screen moved to the right called samsung costumer services and told me to call a technician question I have is how much would it cost.

It may depend on where on earth you are.
A few years back I had my hair cut in another country, at a price that was 25% of what I usually pay in my home country. 10% of what I have paid at most. I guess this applies to TV techs also.
