How not starting

Not starting my leptop

Need a lot more details, brand/model of system, exactly what is not starting? It won't turn on? It turns on but stick at BIOS, Windows tries to loads but crashes? What have you tried already if anything? Anything happen before the issue started like it was dropped in water, run over by a car, etc...? People tend to leave out important details like that.
