How to access service menu with small remote samsung

I have a samsu g smart tv i want to use my bluetooth headphones but cant access service menu cause i have a small remote smart remote the tv is a un60f6400

Yes i tried info menu and mute then power on phone still doesnt work

Am sure you can buy a full remote from Samsung, maybe eBay? If you have a universal remote, maybe able to find the proper code to program in.

with my remote built in my phone the code dont work so universal wont either must be different code or something
