How to allow calls from Restricted number?

How do I "unblock" calls from Restricted phone numbers?

I do not know the phone number that they will be calling from, so I cannot address that individual number.

Is there a global setting to block Restricted numbers that I can disable??

Ah-HA!!

Although that solution doesn't work, since, again, it requires there to be a known number that I had blocked that I can now unblock... Going to that AREA revealed a - wait for it - GLOBAL SETTING for "Allow Anonymous Calls?" !!!

I guess.... It comes up as "Restricted".
