If I click on the "preheat" buttons in Matter Control, for both the print head (215C) and the bed (90C) , the error also occurs. Same if I just preheat the print bed. The print head gets all the way to 215. The error seems to happen when the bed reaches around 80-85 degrees. I also tried preheating, clicking "off" then preheating again. That log is attached - I get an error at about 85 degrees that MAX TEMP has been reached (see attached max_temp_log).

All the other problems you encounter are also related to a lack of knowledge about Composer and how to set it up right. For example that you get the error message The command "robo" is either written wrong or could not be found means you haven't installed the package globally and probably didn't install composer globally as well. I'm using mostly windows as well by the way.
