How to block p2p connections.

At my university if you use p2p connections they will block you wifi login account. I use spotify and it uses p2p and regular connections so is there any software i can download to block just the p2p connections on my computer? Thanks!

I tried those. But when i try to click apply or ok, it wont let me. It like wont let me edit the firewall so is there any software that just blocks all p2p connections?
