Question How to boot into Recovery? [Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20F]

Hello, I have been wondering how to hard reset, I cannot go into the settings as it crashes each time i try opening it, Is there a way to get into recovery?
Android 4.4.2
Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20F

It doesnt seem to be working, it boots to the lenovo screen(s), but there is no android screen and it just powers back off.
