How to browse internet using wifi connection

Hello,why is it that my samsung galaxy phone has already in wifi connection, there's alraedy a signal but i can't browse any internet website? kindly help me, pls.

Do you know if you have the wifi turned on? You should be able to tell/turn it on by going to an options menu, then looking for a connections menu and from there turn on wifi. Either that or there should be a shortcut on the home screen or a button on the side of the phone that does it.
