newegg store is available in ebay.com and we can buy products in ebay.com from India using ebayglobalbuy.
Just goto ebay.in and there is a link on top 'ebayglobalbuy',search in that and select the store newegg and buy it.

short of having a friend state side who is willing to buy it for you and ship it to you then you are kinda out of luck.

Keep in mind that manufacturers tend to not be too keen on supporting products that roam outside of their normally available markets. It is a pain for them, and it will be a pain for you if you end up having an issue.
