How to bypass metro PCs hot spot block

I want to connect my ps4 to my metro PCs for use of internet. metro pcs blocks my hotspot. So I tried my assurance wireless phone but some how i erased my ssid number. How can i find the ssid for ANS UL40? Help me solve this instead of forking out $60 to get internet to use the PlayStation network.
