How to change screen lock if it wasnt there

I go to security/screen lock and passwords to change my password and to be unexpected the word "change screen lock" wasn't there how do I change my password without it?

In the OS version I have, it is in Settings > Lock screen and secrity > Screen lock type. In there you can change the PIN you use.
