If these are self-powered Boses, u could just simply buy Y-cables and split the signal.

Bose makes lots of products but I have no Idea what a "sounder" is. Generally, when you want information on how to hook things up you give model numbers and sufficient information to allow us to know what you're talking about. Here I will show you.

If the Bose are passive you are going to need an amplifier.
If the TV doesn't have a headphone or analog audio output then the amp would need a digital input or you would need an optical to analog converter. The digital out of TVs is fixed volume so you would need the amp to have a volume control.
