TV has coax RCA digital audio output.
Soundbar has coax RCA digital audio input.
Connect them with an RCA digital audio cable. If you have a composite RCA video cable these will often work fine.
Check the TV manual. You may have to turn the output on. turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type in the TV audio menu to get it working.
