How to Connect Lexosys LB21 with Skullcandy Hesh 2 ?

I need help connecting Lexosys LB21 a2dp transciever with Skullcandy bluetooth headphones.
I have noticed that skullcandy headphone connects with devices which initiates the connection but the transciever doesnt have that option....

Skullcandy hesh 2 headphone is having a pairing limitation of up to 2 devices. That's the reason why i was not able to pair it with my transmitter. By holding + and - button for 3 seconds we can clear the paired devices.
Pairing Order:
1. Turn off both the devices
2. Turn on Headphone and put it to pairing mode by pressing power button for 3 seconds (power button light will blink in red and blue )
3. Turn on Transmitter and put it to pairing mode by pressing power until the blue led blink (Blue(1st) Led will blink faster)
4. Transmitter's blue led blinking will slow down and headphone's power button will also blink slowly with blue color
