How to connect my 321 bose to my TCL tv

I have a TCL roku smart tv and I want to hook up my 321 bose surround sound

Since we can't look up what audio output your TV has without a model number I will guess that it has an optical audio output. Check the TV manual on how to use it. Your Bose also has a coax digital input but that's less likely to be on your TV.
It also has an analog audio input that can be use if your TV has a headphone jack. Won't sound as good as the digital connections.
