How to connect my netflix off phone to non smart tv

I have data and Netflix on phone but home TV isn't smart tv

you need something to connect it to. a roku, apple tv, amazon stick or other such device will allow you to do it. then you can simply use the phone's hotspot and not have to mirror it or anything like that. i personally recommend the roku stick unless you are heavily invested already in apple or amazon ecosystem.

If your phone supports MHL
http://www.mhltech.org/consumer.aspx
you can buy an adapter to connect it to the TV. No WIFI required.
If you connect a Chromestick to the TV then you can stream to the TV with WIFI.
If you have internet access you don't need to use the phone. You can use any streamer or BD player to access Netflix.
