how to connect mobile to pc via wifi and transfer the data or packets is it possible

If you are trying to connect a cellphone via wifi to your PC, I would doubt it is possible since phone don't support networking.

check you manual to make sure.

I have not found a phone yet that is capable of doing so.

there is a program call simwork it doing this issue
