How to connect Samsung 6000 uhd 55 inch TV to Bose docking station xt

I have a Bose docking station XT with an aux input. I want to connect it to my Samsung 6000 series uhd TV to have an output from Bose

You will need an optical to analog converter.
Check the TV manual on how to use the optical out as it may not be active by default.
