If you want to use your home internet service for the phone then you will need to connect the phone to your wireless router. In the phones settings select WiFi and turn off the mobile network and when your phone see's the routers signal select it and enter the network password and you'll be connected.
If you want to use your phones data plan to have your Pc connect to the internet then you have to have your cell phone service provider set you phone as a tethered modem.
