How to copy game with save data to hard disk?

Hi guys , I want to format pc virus infected and lagging pc . Can someone tell me how to copy all the data to my hard disk cause i copied far cry 3 game to my hard disk but I have to start over the game back . Help mee!!!

google on where the game stores it's save files. backup that.
for the game, well you can always reinstall if you have the dvd or downloaded from origin. the worst would be to redownload the game, which is not that bad.

careful though, copying, you might take the infected ones also
