You can't really delete the camera. It is part of the phone. Even the camera app is usually not uninstallable. You can force stop it (which will turn it off for that time. But it will usually become on again when the phone is restarted (turned off and back on) if not sooner.) You can also clear the data for the app, but again, that won't delete it. Now you can remove the icon from your home screen, which would keep you from accessing the camera that way, but any button on the phone itself would still access the camera.
