How to fix a crashed toshiba laptop

I got a toshiba laptop. When I turn it on it stars of great but when it's loading the files the screen turns blue and say that you laptop has crashed. What can I do to fix it?

First thing is to post the stop / error code from the blue screen, the full and exact model number and the history of this laptop. What happened to it before you got it?
