how to fix a samung tablet

I tried holding the power button n it still wont let me do anything and i pushed the power button n the volume button n still nothing it will turn on but it stays at the samsung logo .... Please how do i fix it

If the factory reset procedure does not work, you can try to find a stock ROM for the device online and flash that using a computer. Instructions should be on the same web site where you would find the download of the file.

If that fails, there is a hardware issue on it, need to contact Samsung or if it's out of warranty, replace it.
