How to fix automatic repairing

My asus laptop stuck on automatic repairing I tried f9 still not working it showing that pc run into error🙁

Here's one I wrote earlier which should work in Windows 7 onwards.

Earlier versions will need Function 8 for Safe Mode. F9 doesn't do much until the system is up.
