How to fix cyber snipa headphones

hi i have a pair of the 5.1 cyber snipa headphones but they got broke by my son he managed to pull the wires from the volume control box out , now i've taken the box apart thinking its just a matter of soldering the wires back to the little chipset board inside this little box but only to be confronted by 10 wires and 10 connections points so it aint as easy as i first thought. i send a email or ticket or what ever its called from their offiicial web site explaining the problem and asking them to send me a diagram or something similar of what wires to connect to where but that was a month ago and i ain't heard nothing back. just typical of a company that wants you to pays shed loads of money for the equipment and cant even be botherd to reply to my messages. all im asking if any one knows of a way for e to fix my headphones or am i wasting my time trying to find a solution.

Did you ever find a wiring diagram for the cyber snipa control board? I have the same problem.
