How to fix damaged sd card...sd card not shown in pc also

I have Lenovo k4 note phone..it shows my sd card is damaged and it can't read in pc so how can I fix this problem

You can't really fix a damaged SD card, did you test it in another system? If yes and it still does not get read there, you would need to bring it to a repair shop and see if they can do anything. But those things are too small to really work on for most techs.
