how to fix error F3-F100-0004

Please need help
I was factory reseting my toshiba satellite but something went wrong and now it displays the error message F3-F100-0004. what should i do now

Hmm, I would hazard a guess that your recovery partition is corrupted and that is why it didn't work.

If this is the case, you may well need to get yourself a CD/DVD or USB drive with the OS on it to restore the system.
