How to fix HP G42 not starting without charger and black screen

My laptop isn't starting
Before 1 month it was working with plugged in
But now it isn't working while plugged in.It shows black screen and my charger isn't working it keeps charging but when I turn it on the charging stops.I took it to the store they said it couldn't be fixed again and the warranty here is long gone
Plz I wanna see my laptop working again plz help me plz

I took it to the local store and they told me it can't be repaire

Every PCB can be repaired, maybe the store can't repair the laptop for some reason we don't know. You can try this, remove the battery and the CD-ROM and try starting the laptop.
