My iPhone got an black screen. But there's no bump or fall on this iPhone these days. So I guess it might be a system issue. I find a lot of system repair software on webs, and I just wanna know whether these apps will cause data loss on my iPhone.

Those apps will do nothing for a hardware issue and you could, indeed, lose data if not careful.

Is your phone automatically backing up to iCloud?
